Organic green tea made from intact spring-harvested growing tips, (two leaves and a bud) hand rolled into a pearl-like ball that unfurls in the cup. During processing, the tea is layered with fresh strawberries and pink amaranth flower blossoms. Each pearl becomes saturated with a delicious, heady fragrance that rises again from the cup during infusion.
Use 1 Flowering Tea Ball per 16 oz. water. Let boiling water cool slightly, then pour into cup/teapot. Place flower ball gently into the water. Steep 3 - 5 minutes until it unfurls. Multiple infusions encouraged.
